These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to websites, the customer portal, checkout, APIs, software licenses, and related services (together, the “Services”) operated by Raven Logics Lab, LLC (“Raven Logics”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. For paid software, purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. 1. Informational site

Content on this website is provided for general information. Products such as Signalbox and MaskRaven are marked “Coming soon.” Descriptions are high-level and may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, warranty, or commitment to deliver specific features or dates.

2. Acceptable use

You must use the Services lawfully and only for their intended purpose. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity under any licenses issued to you. You agree not to do any of the following, or to assist anyone else to do so:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of applicable law, including sanctions and export controls
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct, including identity theft, payment fraud, or abusive chargebacks, or provide false, stolen, or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation or eligibility
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, systems, or data
• Probe or test the security of the Services except through our responsible disclosure process, or submit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
• Use the Services in a way that harms other users, our operations, or our service providers
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services by automated means, except for ordinary public search-engine indexing of our marketing pages, or bypass rate limits, robots rules, or access controls
• Use bots or other automation to create accounts, obtain licenses, complete checkout, or otherwise interact with the Services without our prior written permission
• Create or operate multiple accounts, or use disposable or coordinated identities, to evade limits or to obtain extra trials, licenses, promotions, or refunds
• Share, sell, rent, or transfer accounts, credentials, or license keys except as we expressly allow, or use a license beyond what we granted
• Bypass or interfere with license checks, device or seat limits, authentication, billing, or other technical measures, or use the Services after we have suspended or terminated access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Services except to the limited extent that applicable law prohibits this restriction
• Use a proxy, VPN, Tor, compromised network, or similar means to violate law, conceal fraud, or evade geographic, account, billing, or security restrictions. Ordinary lawful use of a VPN or similar privacy tool is permitted

If we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access, revoke or limit licenses, refuse or reverse transactions, and report the matter to our payment processor or to law enforcement. Violations are non-refundable under our Refund Policy.

3. Intellectual property

The site, branding, logos, and content are owned by Raven Logics Lab, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

4. Waitlists and communications

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or availability. You may unsubscribe from marketing or update emails as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAVEN LOGICS LAB, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raven Logics Lab, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Raven Logics Lab, LLC’s operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles where permitted, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Venue for disputes will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date.
